New edition of Smith and Owen on Asset Recovery released

Congratulations to Ian Smith, Barry Stancombe, Christopher Convey and Rachel Ferrari, on the release of Smith and Owen on Asset Recovery: Criminal Confiscation, Civil Recovery, Money Laundering, and Sanctions.

The book, edited by Ian Smith and Tim Owen KC, is published by Oxford University Press. It's a comprehensive practitioners' guide to asset recovery. A version of this was first published 21 years ago and the new edition has been a huge effort by many expert contributors and the fantastic publishing team at Oxford University Press.

Barry Stancombe, Christopher Convey and Rachel Ferrari are three of the expert contributors  to the book.
