Chambers was formed in 2008 to specialise in all forms of commercial wrongdoing, with members being chosen for their expertise in these areas.

It was recognised then that clients’ legal problems commonly fell where civil, criminal and regulatory met and there was no other Chambers that could resolve those issues whilst recognising and protecting clients’ exposures to prosecutors, claimants and regulators.
