Devon and Cornwall Police V Andrew Tate & Tristan Tate
Martin Evans KC acted for the Tate brothers in a forfeiture claim by Devon and Cornwall Police under Part 5 of PoCA 2002 regarding several bank (and crypto) accounts containing millions of pounds said to have been obtained by tax evasion and money laundering.
